Two treasurers, in conjunction with the Senators and Directors, oversee the handling of all financial matters in The Conclave.
Any member who makes a request for a financial transaction, for example to hire a server, must write an official request directed at all three Directors.
The proposal is discussed at the next possible Directors meeting.
If the Directors agree with the proposal they sent it to the Senate for final ratification.
If the Senate is in agreement with the Directors, the Directors send both treasurers an email informing them that a transaction has been authorised by both themselves as well as the Senate.
Payment is carried out by either treasurer, either online or by means of a cheque.
An email is sent to the Directors informing them that the payment has been completed.
Payments of any nature cannot be made unless it has been discussed and agreed upon at a Directors meeting as well as a Senate meeting in advance and should take place within 7 days of that request.
