Solid general server rules
1. Discrimination ---- Immediate ban without warning.
2. Swearing --- Two warnings, kick if no improvement in behaviour is shown.
3. Offensive nicknames --- Subject must change nickname or will be kicked.
4. Speaking non-English --- Two warnings, kick if no improvement in behaviour is shown.
5. General lame behaviour which does not fall under points 1 to 4 --- Two warnings, kick if no improvement in behaviour is shown.
General jobdescription for moderators
1. Moderators are responsible for maintaining a general fun atmosphere on any of The Conclave media.
2. Moderators may never use their abilities for their own benefit, to show off or to get even with other people who are present at the personal level. Every action they undertake must be done with the intent and overall aim to increase the general fun atmosphere.
3. Moderators may never undertake any correcting actions which are not based on proper evidence. As such warning, accusing, kicking and banning people without gathering proper evidence (logfile, reliable witnesses) is not tolerated.
4. No other moderator is allowed to undo any action of another moderator without the exclusive permission of the person who performed the action. However, an action can be undone when The Council decides that the action was an illegitimate one (should the punished person file an appeal) or in extreme cases.

3. On purpose teamdamaging --- Immediate kick without warning.
4. Basecamping --- One warning, kick if no response is shown.

7. Speaking non-English --- Two warnings, kick if no improvement in behaviour is shown.
8. General lame behaviour which does not fall under points 1 to 7 --- Two warnings, kick if no improvement in behaviour is shown.
Game server additional guidelines
1. Don’t change maps or serversettings on The Conclave gameservers without first consulting other members of The Conclave who may be present on the server.
2. When kicking a person who is not a member of The Conclave, in order to make room for a Conclave-member, inform the people present on the server that room is being made for a member of The Conclave.
3. Do not use moderator capabilities to give any of the people present on the server an unfair (dis)advantage. |
