Guild Vice-Ambassadors
Only an Ambassador of a Guild can propose a member of his choice to the Directors for fulfilling the function of Vice-Ambassador. In the case where the Directors do not ratify the Ambassador’s candidate they need to motivate their decision in writing to the Ambassador.

A Vice-Ambassador is appointed for the remaining period of his Ambassador’s appointment and is regarded to be a function within The Conclave.

This appointment can be reconsidered if the Ambassador wants the Vice-Ambassador to step down and has the approval of the 2/3 majority of the Directors.

A Vice-Ambassador, if assigned, is responsible for a part of the Guild that he is assigned to. As such he functions as an additional pair of hands for the Ambassador.

However, the position of Vice-Ambassador does not give a member any power outside his respective Guild. As such a Vice-Ambassador falls directly under the responsibility of the Ambassador of said Guild.
